"Can we keep this forever" is the continuation of the "in this moment" series of artwork. Liu recreated by hand her family's keepsakes from her grandma with a contemporary touch: a peter-pan-collar long blouse that resembles a bridal dress. Liu had this keepsake worn by all of her female relatives, as a way to pay tribute to "this moment", which was recorded in her family's tale.
