Hand-in Dates Delivery Times

Your artwork should be handed in to the exhibition venue on the dates as follows.

Monday 28th April, 10am - 4pm   BOOK SLOT

Tue 29th April, 10am - 4pm  BOOK SLOT

Please PRINT OUT YOUR LABELS from the Artcall site https://accord2025.artcall.org/ 

Attach those to your artwork. DO NOT CUT OR TEAR THE LABEL. This will be stamped on arrival.

If you are unable to print out we can do this on arrival at CHECK-IN desk.

Hanging Fee: Please note that each artwork handed-in requires payment of a £5 hanging fee.

  • To be paid on the hand-in date. We accept cash or card payments. We cannot accept work that is unpaid.

Hanging Method

  • We request that your artwork is fitted with ‘D’ mirror plates in most instances or is Strung ready for hanging.
  • If this is not suitable either for unframed work, textiles, digital or otherwise please supply clips or fixtures and a description of how it should be displayed.
  • We will supply plinths or display cases for ceramics, sculpture, and small objects. We will have screens, and various display stands for any digital or non-hung work.
  • If for any reason we are unable to hang your work, we will arrange the return of your artwork and refund of your hanging fee.
  • If you are uncertain of your hanging method or fixtures required please contact us for advice.

Delivery

  • If sending work by courier please please contact us for advice.
  • Please note if your artwork is very large or heavy, please bring sufficient helpers to load in. We advise you to wrap your artwork for safe transport. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages.
  • Sales & Return of Artwork
  • Please ensure you have marked the price of your work for sale.
  • If not for sale type ‘NFS’ on the label.
  • We charge 50% Commission + VAT on the commission element.
  • Sold or unsold works may be collected between 31ST May and 1st June 2025
  • Any monies due to Artists will be remitted by 30th June 2025.
