‘Am in a huff’ - (I don’t want to speak to anyone)
The inspiration for this piece followed on from my previous submission - ‘She’s hivin a wee lie doon’. I challenged myself to create a convincing back view of the reclining figure. As previously stated, I enjoy incorporating the visual elements of pattern and texture into the geometric distortion of the human form and juxtaposing space, solid black areas and intricate detail in order to create an exciting composition. This drawing will be mounted within a black, wooden frame measuring 30cm by 70cm.
